Great results from the weekends events.A very wet Manchester Marathon brought out the brave and the bold in Massage for Life clients. Well done to Lisa Jenkins, Victoria Jackson, James Dickie and Jamie Campbell. all very wet but very happy with their results. Not to forget the “ever racing” Richie Webster, running the 38 mile Highland Fling up in Scotland in under 9 hours. Another PB I believe. Well done everyone!

Good luck to Wallasey AC tonight at the final Borders League race of the season. A battle royal between Wallasey and Wirral AC for top place. Race hard Wallasey!!

Well a good weekend fore sport I would say. Well done to Dan Ruygrok on a great 5th place in his age group at the European Tri-athlon championships. And of course the Virgin London Marathon took place yesterday. Great result for Susie Coughlan with a 4 hour 30 minute finish in her first 26 miler with super athlete Richie Webster in his 10th London Marathon home in 2 hours 48 minutes. Great PB for him. Well done to everyone.
